Gila Valley Indivisible will host a local watch party for “Rise Up, Sing Out! A Concert for the First Amendment” on Sunday, June 14 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Graham County Chamber of Commerce in Safford.
The concert event will be staged live in New York and streamed locally during the community gathering.
Featured performers and speakers listed on the event flyer include Rufus Wainwright, Bette Midler, Patti Smith, Sasha Allen, Joy Reid and Jane Fonda.
A short general meeting will precede the concert presentation. Pizza, soda and popcorn will be served. Location:
