Gila Valley Arts Council (GVAC) was formed in 1985 to support and sponsor performing arts in the Gila Valley. During its years of existence, the mission of GVAC has focused on exposing the counties’ youth to the world of the arts. Services are provided in a variety of ways. Canyonlands Healthcare is a federally qualified community health center providing affordable, comprehensive primary care and integrated health services to the Safford community. Services include primary medical care, family planning, pediatric care, dental care, behavioral health support, pharmacy services, and financial assistance, all delivered with a patient-centered, team-based approach to promote healthier lives for individuals and families.
