Kachina Mineral Springs Spa offers mineral hot springs soaking, massage therapy, and yoga classes in a tranquil desert setting at the base of Mt. Graham in Safford, Arizona. Guests can book private mineral soaks, therapeutic massage services, and yoga experiences designed to support relaxation, flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. Appointments are required for spa and wellness services.
