The Safford City-Graham County Library provides free access to information, technology, educational resources, and community programming for residents of Graham, Greenlee, and Gila counties. The library supports lifelong learning, literacy, creativity, and community engagement through collections, digital services, public technology, and programs for all ages.

The EAC Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is part of a national and statewide network of small business assistance providers. Their main goal is to give local small businesses the tools and training they need to succeed. The Center is funded by Eastern Arizona College, with assistance from a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) grant. The EAC SBDC provides FREE counseling to help entrepreneurs find answers to the numerous questions that arise when starting or operating a business. The EAC SBDC works in cooperation with the SBA, local Chambers of Commerce, and other community partnerships.
