The EAC Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is part of a national and statewide network of small business assistance providers. Their main goal is to give local small businesses the tools and training they need to succeed. The Center is funded by Eastern Arizona College, with assistance from a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) grant. The EAC SBDC provides FREE counseling to help entrepreneurs find answers to the numerous questions that arise when starting or operating a business. The EAC SBDC works in cooperation with the SBA, local Chambers of Commerce, and other community partnerships.

The Safford City-Graham County Library provides free access to information, technology, educational resources, and community programming for residents of Graham, Greenlee, and Gila counties. The library supports lifelong learning, literacy, creativity, and community engagement through collections, digital services, public technology, and programs for all ages.

The Graham County Health Department works to protect and improve the health, safety, and well-being of residents throughout Graham County. Through public health nursing, environmental health services, disease prevention, health education, immunizations, family planning, vital records, food safety inspections, environmental health permitting, and community health initiatives, the department serves individuals, families, businesses, and communities across the county. The Health Department also supports public health preparedness, health assessments, and programs designed to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness and injury.
